Frequently Asked Questions

We will send 2 emails after you place your order. An order confirmation email once you order and a shipping confirmation email once we ship your package. If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam folder first. If you used your phone number instead of email at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email. Make sure to contact our customer support with the email you want to add to your order so you can receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

It takes 4 to 9 business days to process and ship your order after you place it if you're in the UK. Shipping times are estimated and can not be 100% guaranteed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Yes, in case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships. In some cases, a minimal address change fee can be applied after the order ships. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address.
