Frequently Asked Questions

Order & shipping emails

We will send two emails after you place your order:

  • Order confirmation email — sent immediately after you place your order.
  • Shipping confirmation email — sent once your package has been shipped, including your tracking number.

If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you used your phone number instead of an email at checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email.

Please contact our customer support team with the email address you’d like to associate with your order, so we can send you the shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

Note: Orders may take an extra 1–2 days to process if stock is limited.

These delivery times are estimates. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Changing your delivery address

Yes, if you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still update it before your order ships.

In some cases, a small address change fee may apply if the order has already shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your address so we can assist you promptly.
