Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.
UK Delivery: 6–8 business days after processing
International Delivery:
US & Canada: 7–12 business days after processing
France, Germany & Switzerland: 7–10 business days after processing
Orders may take an extra 1–2 days if stock is limited. Delivery times are estimates; we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Cost: Standard free express shipping is included on all orders by default.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
How to return:
Email hi@noirpyjama.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at hi@noirpyjama.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return shipping or restocking fees in these cases.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following the above process) and place a new order for the replacement item.
For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact hi@noirpyjama.co.uk.
