Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your order has left our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping Times (after processing):
- UK: 4–6–8 business days via Royal Mail
- US & Canada: 6–8–9 business days
- France, Germany & Switzerland: 5–7–9 business days

In case of a limited or low stock, shipping times may be delayed by an extra 2 days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks, including:

• 5–10 business days for return shipping
• 3–5 business days for processing
• 5–10 business days for bank refunds
